Hexmesh (hexmetal)

Longen Hexmesh and Flexmesh are unique honeycomb steels used to support refractory materials in the oil refining, petrochemical, cement, steel and subcontracting industries to minimize erosion and retain refractory materials in furnaces, kilns, incinerators and reactors. At the same time, hexmesh can provide long-term protection for armor applications in industrial floors. Almost all floors that are subject to severe impact and rolling loads will have their performance improved after using hexmesh. Customizable to your exact specifications.

Flexmesh (Flexmetal)

Flexmetal is the direct counterpart of Hexmetal. It has all the features of Hexmesh, but its design allows free curling with a minimum diameter of 75 mm without any power forming equipment.

Anchors

A range of steel fasteners used to support and secure various types of refractory materials. Manufactured in a variety of materials and sizes to suit the working environment and temperature during the service life. We divide the supply of refractory anchors into 6 main categories: Wire Anchors, Plate and Sheet Anchors, Rod Anchors, Brick Hangers and Brick Tie Rods, Plates and Studs, Others (special designs to meet customer requirements)

Lining ancilliaries

We also offer a full range of lining ancilliaries (adjustable corner pieces, edge pieces, etc.) for easy connection of the armoring system and protection of the parent steel structure and refractory terminal devices when plant geometry affects changes in airflow direction.

Independent armours

Alternate systems to Hexmetal and Flexmetal (sometimes termed “Hexalts”). These systems comprise of independent units which when installed into specified patterns provide a similar function to Hexmetal in retaining thin wall refractory linings and complimenting same in resisting erosion.

Flame Arrester Element

Flame arrestor element is made of wound corrugated and flat metal strips as the main part of flame arrestor. It prevents the spread of fire by the design of its gap.
There are two types of flame arrestor elements. One is made up of two corrugated strips, and the other is made up of a corrugated strip and a flat strip alternately wound into a coil.
